Habit may prevent you from being excellent in bed.
Research at the University of Texas shows that men who have successfully quit, have increased their sexual health inlaboratory conditions compared with those who return to thehabit. Results suggest that smoking has a negative impact on "performance" in bed more than we ever imagined.
The study involved men with no perceived problems withimpotence, enrolled in an 8-week program for smoking cessation.
Laboratory results showed an improvement after the first weekof final cessation of smoking. In real life, however, men do not report any difference. This may be due to the fact thatsignificant improvement is needed more time without tobacco.
